Pinckneys Skinny Bitch

- 50ml Pinckneys Rhubarb & Ginger Gin

- Slice of lime

- 1/2 squeezed lime and soda

Serve in a tall glass over ice, with a straw.

Pinckneys Sloegasm

- 25ml Pinckneys Sloe Gin,

- 1 glass of chilled Prosecco / English Sparkling wine

- Serve in a tall pre-chilled champagne flute.

Roman Blush

- 75ml Pinckneys SPQR Geranium Gin

- 25ml Freshly squeezed and filtered Lemon Juice

- 25ml Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur

- Garnish with 3 or 4 raspberries on a wooden cocktail stick

Pinckneys White Lady

- 50ml Parts Pinckneys Classic Extra Dry Gin

- 25ml freshly squeezed and filtered lemon

- 25ml Cointreau

  - Shake well with ice & serve in a Martini Glass.

Pinckneys Dry Martini

- 50ml Pinckneys Thyme & Lime Gin

- Shake over ice & serve with a twist of lime peel in a pre-chilled Martini glass.

Pinckneys Pink Lady

- 75ml Pinckneys Rhubarb & Ginger Gin,

- 25ml freshly squeezed and filtered lime

 - 25ml Cointreau  

- Shake well over ice and serve in a Martini Glass with strawberry on the side.

Pinckneys Gin Sour

- 50ml Pinckneys Oak Aged Gin 

- 35ml freshly squeezed and filtered lemon juice 

- 12.5ml sugar syrup

- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

-  ½ fresh egg white,

- Crushed ice

-   Shake well and serve in ice-filled rocks glass

- Squeeze small peel of lemon zest over the surface and then discard peel

- Add garnish of slice orange or cherry
